Staying at Caravelle was a delightful experience for my family. We booked “La Santa Maria,” a spacious room ideal for families. It comfortably accommodated us and even had room for a couple of extra beds if needed. The modernized bathroom was a nice touch, especially with its refreshing cold tap water—perfect for the hot weather! Located right in the heart of the old town, we had easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Our little one loved exploring the nearby square. The steep stairs could be challenging for families with young children, so be mindful of that. While breakfast was not included, we found plenty of family-friendly eateries nearby. Communication with the host was a bit tricky due to the language barrier, but we appreciated their effort nonetheless. Caravelle is a solid choice for families looking for convenience in Monopoli while enjoying a taste of local culture.
